Instigator

Dr. Mehmet Oz

Fear mongering instigator. Helpful messages can be lost when you're under pressure to create and (over)produce a riveting one-hour show every day of the week. His expertise is better utilized on a guest basis.

I'm Just Sayin.

I was almost a guest on his show last year. I'm glad he didn't pick me.

What was his show about that prompted this post?

I pay no attention to celebrity-doctors on TV. Are you referring to a specific incident, or just his annoying presence in general? I think Sanjay Gupta is just as annoying, if not more so.

What's new in your world? It's so nice to see you post.

Whatever keeps him away from practicing actual medicine must be considered a benefit to society, even if this does get some housewives in a panic.

Sadly, psychological research shows that fear mongering is a great way to keep audience viewership. I agree, I find his shows especially fear-based. I hope the tone changes.

I feel the same about Oprah.
Oh, she's gone. Nevermind.
